no. 09 The Shepherd | Fine Art Print — In the Land of Hope Collection

The Shepherd | no. 09 in the In the Land of Hope Fine Art Collection by Andrea Howey

This fine art print reminds us that the Lord is our Shepherd. A shepherd provides for, watches over, and protects his sheep. He protects them from harm, ensures they have what they need, and stays close to them.

In the same way, Jesus does that for us. He refreshes and restores our soul, He leads us, He protects us, He draws us close, He tends to weary hearts, He speaks to us with wisdom, grace, and truth, He comforts us, and His presence never leaves us.

He wants to shepherd your life and heart. He will guide you along the right paths for your life. The Lord is your source for every need you have, for every situation you face, and it’s His good pleasure to watch over you all the days of your life.

“The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name’s sake.” Psalm 23:1-3

This piece is part of Andrea Howey's first fine art collection, In the Land of Hope, a series meant to remind you to fear not, to not lose heart, and to believe you will see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living.
